A note from the Owners:
We have developed this box for our members to experience CrossFit in the most pure, conducive environment to achieve
results. We will educate our members on movement, diet, and taking your fitness to a new level with commitment, proper
form, and support on a daily basis.
Our program delivers a fitness that is, by design, broad, general, and inclusive. Our specialty is not specializing. Combat,
survival, many sports, and life reward this kind of fitness and, on average, punish the specialist. What you learn in our box will
transfer to other sport, functional work in the home, caring for loved ones, and daily functioning of your body.
The CrossFit program is designed for universal scalability making it the perfect application for any committed individual
regardless of experience. We scale load and intensity; we don’t change programs. In the class setting, the workout is the same
for each athlete; however each athlete will work with their trainer to set up the workout based on ability to ensure safety,
proper form, and getting the most from each workout. The group WOD allows athletes to compete and push one another to
achieve results on a daily basis and develop a great community along the way.
We are a “minimalist program” and this is reflected by the functionality and limited number of our exercises and the simplicity
of the equipment we use compared to most commercial gyms. In a WOD, you can expect to do a variety of exercise each day
you enter the gym from metabolic conditioning, strength training, and functional movements. Of course no CrossFit box would
go without benchmarks workouts occasionally like “The Girls”.
