Skill: Team Competition: Tag team of 3 or 4, must complete 10 cal row each, then 15 Burpees each, then 15 Goblet Squats with KB in rack position. After all teams are completed, cheer for those finishing after you!! All will do 1 Monkey bar pass for fun!
