Skill:  Barbell Skills Complex: 3 Reps each of Behind Neck Press, OHS, Snatch Balance, Hang Clean from pocket, Hang from above knee, hang from below knee, full squat cleans. *3 rounds – One round with PVC, one with empty bar, then can go to 95/65*

W.O.D.:  10min AMRAP of 30 doubleunders, 10 power snatch (95/65)
