Skill:  Weighted Lunges (Front Rack): 10 X 65/95; 10 X 75/105; 10 X 85/115; 10 X 95/135 *Partner up – go from rack to doors; drop; turn around & clean bar; lunge back to rack; partner goes, etc to reduce how many bars we have moving at once. (will leave set up out all day) ( 15 minutes )
