New Years Eve Schedule:  Today we will run the 9:30am, Noon, and 4:30pm classes only!

Skill:  Guided shoulder mobility: lacrosse ball on ground, band on PU bar lat/shoulder stretch. 2 min each side each stretch.

W.O.D.:  “Hello 2016!” For time 20 cal row, 16 OHS, 20 walking lunges, 16 squat cleans, 20 GHD sit ups, 16 push jerks, 20 double unders, SDHP (135/95)
