Skill:  Skill: 3 Rounds of 1 Min max goblet squats with KB in rack position, rest & transition to rower 1 minute, row 250M, rest and transition one min back to goblet squats, repeat. KB or DB rx 50/35, Rx+ 70/45. (12 minutes of work/recovery)

W.O.D.:  Heavy Day: EMOM for 14 minutes – Odd 2 reps of Deadlift X6 225/155; Even 8 reps of Push Press 135/95
