Skill:  Bench Press 3.3.3.3 & GHD Hip Extensions 10.10.10.10 (break into two groups/rotate) Spotters!!

W.O.D.:  “Pet Rock” Partner WOD: 50reps per station: one partner works, one partner holds the “”pet rock”” (kettlebell 53/35). Complete for time; pistols, burpees, sumo deadlift highpull (75/55), overhead walking lunges (45/25 plate), ring dips, deadlifts (225/125), wall balls (20/14). Kettlebell cannot touch the floor. If the KB touches the floor, 15 burpee penalty.
